The staffs were amicable & extremely polite. The location was good and excellent because it was close enough to numerous shops near by, trains and two train stations, approximately a 10min walk away. Furthermore, close to Osaka train station.

The room was well-appointed and neat and included a fridge and cutlery. The location was magnificent and amazing yet it was near downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot. Different stores and convenience stores were right next door.
